Suggested Requirements for Diving Medical Examination
Initial examination and first examination over age 40
- Medical History
- Chest X-ray
- 12 lead EKG
- Pulmonary Function
- Audio-gram
- Visual acuity
- Complete blood count (CBC)
- Blood chemistry
- Urinalysis
- Any other tests deemed necessary by the physician to qualify for scuba diving.
Periodic re-examination every three years for ages under 40 and every two years for ages over 40
